We currently ship nationwide across the Pakistan and offer international shipping to selected countries. Please contact us if your country is not listed at checkout.
Processing Time
- Bridal Dresses: 15–25 business days (made-to-order)
- Formal & Party Wear: 7–14 business days
- Casual Wear: 2–4 business days
All processing times are exclusive of shipping time.
Please note that made-to-order items (especially bridal wear) may require additional time due to design and customization.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your parcel via the courier’s website.
Delays & Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Once a package is handed to the courier, the risk is transferred to the customer.
